In page of My Service, you could check all services registered by your own and published by uploading data, including previewing the service, editing the meta information, sharing configuration and so on.

Service registered by ordinary users could be registered in the portal without audition by the administrator. The administrator could also Enable Service Audition. Then services registered by ordinary users could only be registered into iPortal after being audited by the administrator. After you apply for registration, you can view the audit status of the service on My Services page

Specifically, you could follow operations below:

Click button of Register Service to start to Register Service.

Chose one or more services, then click button of Sharing Configuration, or the icon : in the list of Operation Configuration. In the popped-up of Service Sharing Configuration, you could set the sharing method. Default is private, namely, only the registrant could check, edit. If you chose public, all the users (including anonymous users) could check the service, meta information, visiting service. If you chose group, all the members in the group could browse. If you chose certain the users , the service could be visited and checked by the assigned users. For more information, please refer to: Sharing the Service.

Select one or more services, click button of Delete, this service will be deleted from the portal. If is the hosting service, after performing deleting operation, this service is removed from both in portal and in hosting service.

You could check the status of the current service (available or unavailable). The status of the service is the original one. If the original one is out of service, iPortal will perform online/ offline verification dynamically, sync the status of the original service automatically, and Unavailable is displayed. After being out of service, you could not search this service in the Service List of the portal. After being started, iPortal will sync it automatically, and the status will be updated as available. You could find it in the Service List. Administrator could configure Dynamical updating time of the service.

Click the Edit icon in the "Operation" column or the service name to enter the detailed service info page, then by clicking "Edit" button, you could edit the basic information of the service, the name, tag, description information and sharing configuration of the service, change the thumbnail of the service, and modify the meta data info of the service.

You could check the audit status of the service applying to register, if is passed or not, if not, you could see the audit information (service audit function is not enabled by default).

You could check whether a service is registered in batch mode.

After enabling Service Proxy, iPortal will automatically record access times of services registered and will sort the services according to the access times.
