SuperMap iPortal provides administrators the following management functions:

Register Apps

Log in to your portal as administrator, click Management> Resources Management> App, then click "Register App" to fill in the registration steps:

  1. Input a valid name for your application.
  2. Choose the application type. Currently only supports to register web applications.
  3. Input the web address of your application.
  4. Add descriptions about your application. The description is not required.
  5. Specify tags for your application. This is required, used for searching.
  6. Specify sharing scope. You can share your application with all portal users (including anonymous users), specified groups, specified users, or don't share with anyone, ie., just can be accessed by yourself. When sharing with specified users, if you enable the organizational structure, here you can share them with your organazation's members by adding the members into the target users. After the applications have been successfully added, you can also share apps in Personal Center>My Apps.
  7. Click "Register" button to finish registration process.

Manage Apps

As administrator, you can perform the following operations on maps by entering Management > Resources Management > App.

View/Edit Basic App Infos

Click one specified app, detailed info page will appear, click "Edit" button at the right bottom page, you can replace the thumbnail and edit the app name, tags and description.

Delete Apps

Check one or multiple apps and click "Delete" button to remove the apps you don't need anymore.

Search Apps

Search the apps you want to find by input the app name or the app owner in input box on the right bottom page.
