My Messages |
SuperMap iPortal provides a message mechanism to allow you to view all related portal messages. For example: When you apply for an operation in the portal, a message will be sent to inform the designated users, facilitating the timely processing of application records. At the same time, the audit results will be sent to you as a message, allowing your timely understanding of the latest status of the application.
To check the messages, you need to make sure that you have logged into iPortal. On home page, click My Account>My Messages.
The content of my messages includes messages for maps, services, groups. Fore more information about specific message type description, please refer to Table 1 Message Type Description

My Messages page lists all the messages for the current user, and the unread messages are displayed in bold text and the user can filter the display of the message through the type.
to view the application or reject the reason.
to mark a message as read, you can also check multiple message records, click the "Mark selected items as read" button to mark multiple messages as read at the same time.
to delete a message, you can also check multiple message records, click the "Delete selected items" button to delete multiple messages at the same time.
