GetCapabilities is a necessary operation, used for the acquirement of WMTS service capabilities.GetCapabilities allows WMTS clients to get ServiceMetadata documents from the server. The response for GetCapabilities should contain ServiceMetadata documents of the server, including the specific information of layers capable of being requested, tile sets providing these layers, one or more subject sets (optional).Request
